Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Clay workflows and enrichment waterfalls
- Design scalable automation processes for lead sourcing and enrichment
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and data quality
- Identify opportunities to automate manual prospecting tasks
- Source companies that match the organization's ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Research and identify business owners and key decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect lists for outbound business development campaigns
- Deliver 50-100 vetted, high-quality leads each month to support the internal business development team
Data Enrichment
- Enrich prospect records using multiple third-party data providers
- Utilize tools such as: Clay, Wiza, People Data Labs, Contact, OutProseo, Datagma, Additional enrichment platforms as needed
- Validate contact information and improve overall data completeness
Data Quality & CRM Management
- Clean, deduplicate, and quality-check prospect databases
- Maintain organized datasets for outbound campaigns
- Push completed prospect lists into outbound platforms and CRM systems
- Support ongoing database maintenance and optimization
Continuous Optimization
- Monitor enrichment costs and workflow performance
- Optimize processes to improve contact rates while reducing operational expenses
- Stay current with emerging lead generation tools and best practices
- Recommend improvements to prospecting strategies and automation workflows
