Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Clay workflows and enrichment waterfalls
  • Design scalable automation processes for lead sourcing and enrichment
  • Continuously improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and data quality
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual prospecting tasks
  • Source companies that match the organization's ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Research and identify business owners and key decision-makers
  • Build targeted prospect lists for outbound business development campaigns
  • Deliver 50-100 vetted, high-quality leads each month to support the internal business development team

Data Enrichment

  • Enrich prospect records using multiple third-party data providers
  • Utilize tools such as: Clay, Wiza, People Data Labs, Contact, OutProseo, Datagma, Additional enrichment platforms as needed
  • Validate contact information and improve overall data completeness

Data Quality & CRM Management

  • Clean, deduplicate, and quality-check prospect databases
  • Maintain organized datasets for outbound campaigns
  • Push completed prospect lists into outbound platforms and CRM systems
  • Support ongoing database maintenance and optimization

Continuous Optimization

  • Monitor enrichment costs and workflow performance
  • Optimize processes to improve contact rates while reducing operational expenses
  • Stay current with emerging lead generation tools and best practices
  • Recommend improvements to prospecting strategies and automation workflows
