Classroom Support Educators work as part of a consistent 3-teacher classroom team, helping facilitate curriculum, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, and build strong relationships with children and families. Support daily implementation of ELLI-aligned, play-based learning experiences by following the structured curriculum and embracing each child's individual capabilities.Ensure the health and safety of children under your active supervision at all times.Support children's daily routines, including meals, toileting, transitions, outdoor play, and rest time.Build positive, welcoming relationships with families through daily interactions and participation in parent events.Collaborate with your 2 co-teachers as part of a consistent classroom team to support ELLI's research-based curriculum. Requirements Qualifications Required High School Diploma, or currently working toward a CDA or Associate's DegreeMinimum one (1) year of experience working with children Preferred Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and softwareBilingual Spanish/English Our Ideal Candidate You are curious, creative, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
