Classroom Support Aide

About the role

We are seeking a Classroom Support Aide to join our mission of creating a warm and supportive environment where children and families can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Playing with children.
• Providing daily classroom support to teachers and nutrition staff.
• Completing tasks to ensure a clean, safe and inviting classroom for children to learn and explore.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma, GED or HSE equivalent.
• Be open to completing a fully funded CDA course within one year of hire.
• Have experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years; special needs (preferred).
• Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
