About the role
Provide bilingual instructional assistance in the classroom by supporting a variety of activities, including preparation of instructional materials, supplemental instructional support, clerical duties, and student supervision to enrich educational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of instructional materials.
- Provide supplemental instructional support to students.
- Perform various clerical duties as needed.
- Assist and supervise student actions to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program completion.
- Bilingual skills: ability to speak, read, and write English and the language representative of the targeted English Language Learners (ELL) population.
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
Pay
Hourly rate: $15.84 - $22.51. New hires start at the minimum of the assigned salary range.
