Classroom Assistant I PT - DLI Chinese

This position will support a 1st and 3rd grade dual language Chinese immersion classroom. Fluency with reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese is needed for facilitating small group and whole group instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and lesson plans to the grade level teacher.

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese.
• Adequate educational background as per Lane 1, Lane 2, or Lane 3 Step 1 salary schedules.
• Current/Former Licensed Teacher certification for Lane 3 Step 1 salary schedule.

Pay

• Lane 1 Step ($17.88/Hour)
• Lane 2 Step ($18.88/Hour)
• Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour)
