Role Overview

The Multi-Lingual (ML) Paraprofessional provides targeted language and academic support to multi-lingual students.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted language and academic support to multi-lingual students.
• Assist students in developing English language proficiency across content areas.
• Support classroom instruction under the direction of licensed teachers.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.

Qualifications

• Must be multi-lingual (proficiency in a language other than English).
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Schedule

17 hours per week.
