Classical Lgc Faculty Scholar - MS Social Studies (2026-2027)
Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is one of the largest and highest-performing education management organizations in the United States, serving over 82,000 scholars across 150 schools in four states. Since 1997, CSUSA has pursued a Relentless Commitment to Scholar Greatness in school and in life. Through the CSUSA Classical model, we provide an academically rigorous, virtue-rich classical education that forms scholars in knowledge, sound moral character, and the habits of learning. We prepare scholars to seek truth, practice virtue, and lead lives of purpose.
About the Role
As a Classical Logic Faculty Scholar, you guide scholars through the art of reasoning, helping them discern truth through structured thought, sound argumentation, and clear expression. In the CSUSA Classical model, teachers are referred to as Faculty Scholars to reflect high expectations for content expertise, exemplary practice, and lifelong learning. You cultivate intellectual habits that enable scholars to analyze ideas, identify fallacies, and construct valid arguments with precision and grace. Using classical methods such as Socratic dialogue, guided discussion, formal argument practice, and analytical exercises, you foster rigorous academic understanding and the Beacons of Virtue—prudence, fortitude, temperance, and justice—preparing scholars for eloquence and wisdom in every sphere of life.
