Class B Truck Driver

Primary Job Accountabilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
• Driving Record Expectations:
• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• No speeding over 100 mph.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph.
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Compensation

• $28.00 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr
• Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs

Shifts

• Available Shift(s): 4/10s - Sunday - Wednesday, 2am start
• Local Routes with 1 overnight/hotel stay per week Tues/Wed
• No freight to move
