Class B Local Route Driver - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Safety‑Kleen in Garden City, GA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. The role involves driving a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services along a defined route. A $3,000 sign‑on bonus is paid throughout the first year of employment. Safety‑Kleen, a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, is a leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes and always acting safely
• Visit 10‑12 customer sites per day
• Switch out 15‑ and 30‑gallon drums of solutions
• Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
• Service automotive repair, fleets and manufacturing type businesses
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries and pick‑ups in a timely manner
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Class B CDL
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test and physical examination
• Meet facial hair standards per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard (29 CFR 1910.134) if respirator use is required
• Perform physical functions as required by the job
• Preferred: Commercial route driving experience (Class
