Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices while making deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer using an electric pallet jack
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
• Provide superior customer service during each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused attitude with co‑workers and other departments
• Operate a company vehicle equipped with outward‑facing and driver‑facing dash cams
• Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy
• Maintain functionality of the assigned vehicle’s dash cam
• Perform all other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older to meet insurance requirements
• 1+ year of driving experience (highly preferred)
• Valid Class B CDL and medical card
• Interstate qualification, registered
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 + lb throughout the shift
• Ability to read and understand English per DOT rules
• Satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, pre‑employment drug screen (including THC), and company road test
