Class B Driver - Full-Time

Role Overview This role involves operating a vehicle to deliver packages along designated routes, handling loading and unloading of products, and ensuring timely deliveries. The driver will navigate a cross-dock model, picking up loaded trucks, returning empties, and assisting with loading or palletizing as needed. Key Responsibilities Efficiently run routes, meeting or exceeding time goals.Unload products using manual methods or hand carts, often in various weather conditions.Lift, push, or move items weighing up to 75 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and communicate discrepancies or issues.Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain proper use of company equipment.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections following DOT and company policies. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED required.At least one year of route delivery or relevant driving experience.Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).Ability to operate vehicle safely in diverse conditions and meet productivity goals.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to organize work independently, handle inventory, and adapt to changing needs.Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb on trucks, and work in confined spaces.
