Class B CDL - Truck Driver

About the role

Richards Building Supply Co. is seeking a CDL Class B Driver for their Dayton, OH location. The ideal candidate should have a CDL Class B license with an Air Brake endorsement or a CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of driving experience. Flatbed, Moffett, Boom Truck, Crane, and Forklift experience is desired, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to job sites
• Physically unload materials as per customer requests
• Receive materials in the warehouse
• Load trucks
• Process inventory

Requirements

• CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver’s license
• 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
• Flatbed, Moffett, Boom Truck, Forklift, and/or Crane operating experience
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day, with some lifting over 100 lbs.
• Comply with DOT regulations for loading and unloading trucks
• Pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Heavy Lifting experience
