Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company, is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites, including vacuum trailers, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks, and high-powered vacuum loaders. This role involves driving and non-driving duties related to hazardous waste clean-up.

Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
- Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed in a team environment.
- Operate a variety of Class B trucks, including vacuum trailers, roll-offs, and box trucks.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during service delivery.
- Properly placard vehicles to meet company and DOT requirements.
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
- Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and other regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to corporate operating guidelines and environmental health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including on-call emergency response on a rotating basis every other week.
- Handle site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous materials as required by the position.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL.
- Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to use various mobile devices.
- Perform physical functions as required by the job.
- Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
- Compliance with OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.34) for facial hair standards if respirators are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial driver experience.
- Existing Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Previous Hazmat experience.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission.
- Previous manual labor experience.
