Compensation & Benefits
- $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles/stops)
- $0.55–$0.65 per mile plus $15 per stop
- Safety bonus $0.06/mi for incident-free and fuel-efficiency performance
- Trainee pay $650+/week (4–6 weeks)
- Paid orientation: $300

Job Details
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Eastern Seaboard regional lane
- Average ~2,500 miles/week
Training
- 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
Selection Considerations
- Candidates evaluated on driving history, background screening, and employment verification
- Prior terminations or safety-related issues reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Schedule
- Regional trips with bi-weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days)
- Must be available for day or night driving as required
Minimum Requirements
- Age 21+
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (≥120 hours)
- Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
- Reasonable driving record and work history consistent with safety and reliability expectations
