Class A Truck Driver

Compensation

Competitive hourly wages starting at $30.00‑$38.00 per hour with opportunity for tips and overtime; $10K sign‑on bonus. Top Class A earnings can range between $70,000 and $120,000 per year (wages, tips, referral incentives, bonus included).

Schedule

Full‑time with flexible schedule; early a.m. hours to dispatch and flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transport shipments to and between warehouses, residences, commercial job sites, and military bases.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on assigned truck to ensure travel worthiness.
• Assist in vehicle preparation before leaving branch location, ensuring all materials are properly placed.
• Complete logs/ELDs accurately.
• Write complete and accurate inventories of household contents, office goods, or furniture as needed.
• Lift, pack, load, and unload vehicles safely when required.
• Provide guidance and organization to crew in line with the Olympia Way.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Class A driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of driving experience; moving‑industry experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, pack, load, and unload vehicles.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Mathematical skills for weights, measurements, volumes, and distance calculations.
• Must successfully complete background check, maintain a positive driving record, and hold a current DOT medical card.
