Qualities

• An aptitude for providing the utmost customer service experience
• Pride in appearance and character
• Either experience in professionally operating a wrecker or the eagerness to learn
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Eagerness to work in adverse weather conditions
• A good MVR upon submitting your application
• Pride in reliability and working with a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must have a positive attitude

Requirements

• Ability to lift material weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds
• Must have a CDL/Class A license (Required)
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Minimum of three (3) years combination vehicle driving experience
• Ability to drive an 18-speed transmission
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Tow truck experience: 1 year
• Commercial driving experience: 3 years
• Wrecker Permit (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Must be a team player with an open mind and willingness to learn
• The towing business is not a 9-to-5 job; some days may require working overtime
• Must be available for on-call shifts, including 2 nights a week and rotating holidays

Schedule

• Day shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
• Rotate holidays
• On-call 2 nights a week
• Every other weekend off
• Weekend availability for extra hours
