Class A Shuttle Driver

Job Description

Johnson Brothers, a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor, is seeking a Night Line Haul Driver for their Charlotte, NC distribution facility. This position operates company trucks over 4 tons for the delivery, pick-up, and relocation of products, performs inspections and cleans the interior of trucks, and performs other duties as assigned.

• Sunday - Thursday
• Home Daily
• Two days off every week - Friday and Saturday

Requirements

• Ability to operate and maintain trucks and equipment in a safe manner and comply with driver guidelines
• Occasional in route pallet deliveries or pick-ups will be required
• 3-5 years previous experience is ideal
• Must have an active Class A CDL for the state you reside in and a satisfactory driving record for the last 3 years
• Must be 21 years old and qualify for an ABC permit
• Able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours without advance notice
