Class A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates OK

About the role

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional position covering the 14 Western states. The role is suited for recent CDL school graduates looking to start their driving career as well as experienced drivers seeking a strong regional route. New graduates begin with an experienced trainer before moving to solo regional lanes.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes covering all states west of the Mississippi
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight in 53' dry van trailers
• Perform a mix of drop‑and‑hook and live load/unload operations
• Maintain an average weekly mileage of approximately 2,300 miles
• Be willing to run day or night shifts as required

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school, or prior Class A driving experience
• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years
• Stable work history within the past 10 years
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Benefits

• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Pay

• $1,000 – $1,200 per week
• Post‑training pay: $0.43 to $0.57 per mile, based on experience
• Experienced drivers earn $0.50 to $0.71 per mile
• Training pay: $850 per week for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile

Schedule

• Bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset
• One‑day orientation at the nearest terminal
