Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates, to operate regional routes serving Virginia and the Northeast.

About the role

Operate regional routes originating in Virginia and serving the Northeast, transporting 100% no-touch dry van freight with a majority of drop-and-hook assignments. Typical mileage range: 1,500–2,800 miles per week, depending on runs and routing. Orientation provided in Williamsburg, VA or at the closest terminal.

Schedule and home time

  • Predominantly Monday–Friday operations
  • 34-hour reset at home, typically occurring every one to two weeks depending on routing and cycles

Pay

  • $1,300–$2,000 per week (dependent on miles driven and experience)
  • Pay rate: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
  • Training pay: $650+ for 4–6 weeks of OTR training for drivers with under 6 months of experience; CDL graduates welcome

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and minimum age of 21
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction (applies to CDL graduates)
  • Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI within the past 5 years
  • No involuntary termination from the most recent employment for safety-related reasons
  • Employment history demonstrating consistent work over the past 10 years with no major gaps; at least 6 months of employment in the most recent year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screenings
  • Certain felony or misdemeanor convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the safety team
