Key Responsibilities
- Operate a 53' dry van in regional lanes (OH, MI, KY, IN, IL) in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, completing pick-up and delivery tasks as directed (100% no-touch freight).
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation in compliance with federal and company regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety issues promptly.
Schedule and Routing
- Schedule and route Regional service with predictable patterns: typical departure Monday and return Saturday morning.
- Home weekly on weekends with at least a 34-hour reset on weekends.
- Drivers must be willing to work day and night shifts as required by routing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Trainee pay: $665+ per week for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
- Base pay typically $0.56–$0.64 per mile (dependent on experience and miles).
- Additional pay: $15 stop pay; up to $0.06 per mile monthly performance bonus.
- Average mileage: approximately 1,600–2,000 miles per week.
- Full benefits available after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Equipment
- Modern equipment: 53' dry van trailers; company-maintained vehicles and support services.
- 100% no-touch freight.
Minimum Qualifications
- Age 21 or older.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted).
- Safe driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years; no recent DUI convictions.
- Not terminated from most recent employer for a safety-related reason.
- Employment history demonstrating consistent work over the past 10 years; generally no more than 6 months unemployed in the last year and no more than 12 months unemployed in the last 3 years (exceptions for schooling/training may apply).
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening, background checks, and other required verifications.

- Candidates are evaluated on driving history, background screening, employment verification, and demonstrated commitment to safety and professionalism.
- New graduates are welcome and supported through an established trainee pay and orientation process.
