Compensation & schedule

• Expected first-year earnings: $80,000 – $95,000
• Average hours: ~55 hours per week (more if desired)
• Pay frequency: weekly
• Home time:
  • In-state: weekly home time
  • Out of state: bi-weekly home time
  • Flexibility needed for weather, traffic, and unexpected delays

Responsibilities

• Safely transport open deck freight including machinery, steel plate, steel bar, lumber, and various building materials
• Operate diverse open deck trailers including flatbeds, stepdecks, Conestogas, double drops, extendables, and specialty trailers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure load safety and compliance

Equipment

• Truck fleet: well-maintained Kenworth T680s
• Driver comfort: custom-made headache racks, built-in refrigerators, and TVs in trucks
