Class A Maintenance Mechanic -2nd Shift
About the role
The Class A Maintenance Mechanic position at International Paper's Lancaster facility requires multi-trade skills in mechanical, electrical, programmable controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems, machine shop operations, and welding. Successful candidates must be able to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs. Experience with corrugating and converting equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain and operate corrugating and converting equipment
- Perform machine shop operations and welding tasks as needed
- Work weekends and overtime as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of related field experience
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
Skills

Pay
$30.50/hr with shift differential
Schedule
Hourly, Full-Time (2pm-10pm – Monday-Friday) with occasional weekend work
