About the role
This position requires a Class A local truck driver to transport goods via intermodal services.
Responsibilities
- Drive trucks within the designated area for intermodal transport.
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
- At least 6 months recent driving experience.
- Current clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reside within 50 miles of Edwardsville, KS.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Mid-senior level experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good physical fitness.
- Knowledge of intermodal transportation systems.
