We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our Local LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Division. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver who wants to be home every day while operating a manual day cab and 53-foot trailer throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding regions. Our drivers play an important role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring freight is delivered safely and on time. What You'll Do Make direct-to-store deliveries, typically 3–5 stops per dayLoad and unload freight using a pallet jack and lift gateOperate a manual-transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailerComplete local pickups and deliveries throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding areasComplete required DOT, warehouse, and shipping documentation, including freight bills, BOLs, OS&D reports, manifests, and driver's logsPerform required pre- and post-trip equipment inspectionsFollow all company and DOT safety policies and proceduresSafely operate equipment during driving, loading, and unloadingProvide professional and courteous customer service at all delivery locationsCommunicate effectively with customers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and team membersEnsure freight is delivered safely, accurately, and on time Qualifications Valid Class A CDLMinimum 6 months of CDL Class A driving experienceAbility to operate a manual transmissionClean and safe driving recordHazmat endorsement required within 3 months of employmentMountain driving experience is a plusMust be at least 21 years of ageAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong work ethic and commitment to safetyExcellent customer service and communication skillsBilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Drivers must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching, and crouching. The position involves repetitive hand and foot movements and working in a warehouse and transportation environment where temperatures may range from very cold to very hot. Employees may be exposed to loud noises, dust, moving mechanical parts, and moving equipment. If operating industrial lift equipment, employees must be able to safely get on and off equipment and may occasionally work at elevated heights.
