Class A Hostler - Night Shift

Class A Hostler Duties

• Interacting with dispatch and quickly communicating truck assignments when requested.
• Safely placing trucks into locations throughout the yard.
• Making shuttle runs to distribution centers when necessary.
• Dropping and hooking trucks in preparation for going out on a route.
• Promotes & maintains a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departments.
• All other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Class A Driving Experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a manual stick shift.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow instructions.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
