Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Class A Driver to join our Transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials using end dump trailers. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations. The End Dump Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate End Dump Trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
- Inspect and maintain the condition of the End Dump Trailers, reporting any issues promptly.
- Load and unload materials in a secure and efficient manner, following proper procedures.
- Complete required paperwork, such as logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the End Dump Trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for the proper disposal of materials.
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements for operating End Dump Trailers.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Class A Driver (REQUIRED).
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to operate the vehicle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Pay
$57,200.00 - $88,400.00 per year, based on experience.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
