Class A Driver/ Selector | Sunday - Thursday

Pay

$27 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor‑trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long‑distance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.
• Accurately pick products based on customer orders and verify condition, quantity, and quality.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are securely fastened.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and report any issues to management immediately.

Must-Haves

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record meeting Bunzl’s fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Experience with GPS and routing software.
