About the role

Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) for the delivery of products in a variety of traffic and weather conditions while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections, including verifying correct products on the truck, completing paperwork, and collecting/submitting invoices (checks and/or cash).
• Load and unload products for customers.
• Maintain all required DOT and company safety program certifications.
• Develop expertise in company products, inventory controls, and procedures.
• Comply with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid, non-expired interstate Medical Card.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Effectively communicate in English for job and safety requirements.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check).
• Meets or exceeds minimum requirements established by Quirch Foods and FMCSR.
