Responsibilities
- Transport goods to and from manufacturing plant and to other depots.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items, safety issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Meet Delivery schedules.
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
- Collect and verify delivery instructions.
- Report defects, accidents, or violations.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have Class A License.
- Must have at least 9 months of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.
- Must have a good driving record with none of the following violations: Reckless driving, DUI/OMVI, Hit and Run, Excessive Speed as defined by DOT (15+ miles over), No Preventable Accidents, No more than 2 moving violations within the last 24 months.
- Ability to work and drive in all types of weather.
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies, and procedures.
- Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled.
- Experience with refrigerated products and previous route delivery is a plus.
