Class A Driver / CDL Driver / Delivery Driver / Commercial Driver / Truck Driver

About the role

We are currently hiring a CDL Driver to deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to our customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physically loading/unloading of trucks
• Excellent customer service skills- our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers
• Willingness to assist in the warehouse as needed
• Able to read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid Class A driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three (3) axle vehicle

Skills

Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required for this role.

Pay

This position pays $30-$31 per hour, with a compensation range of $20.00 - $40.00.

Schedule

The schedule ranges from a 5AM to 7AM start time each day, with the ability to be home each night. Seventy-five (75%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle, with the remainder performed outdoors and in a warehouse setting.
