We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Opening paragraph: "At Bunzl, we consider our Drivers as the heart of our business, serving as both ambassadors for the company and the key point of contact with our customers. Our Drivers are valued as a trusted partner and an essential member of the Bunzl family" Then "A Day in the Life:" list of duties. Then "The Must-Haves:" list. Then "What We Prefer:" list. Then "Get Paid When You Need It!" bullet points about pay access. Then "Why Bunzl?" bullet list of benefits. Then "The perks of being a Bunzl team member don’t stop..." paragraph about benefits. Then "Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Time 401K with generous company match Additional benefit information can be found on the Bunzl Careers home page under Benefits and Perks." Then "If you meet the qualifications and are excited about joining a reputable company with great benefits, we want to hear from you!" (application instruction, should be removed). Then company description paragraph: "Bunzl is a global leader..." etc. Then "Bunzl Distribution offers competitive salaries, a comfortable work environment, and a full range of benefits including a 401k with a company match." Then EEO boilerplate to remove. We need to produce sections: - About the role: maybe the opening paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: the "A Day in the Life:" list. - Requirements: The Must-Haves list. - Qualifications: maybe "What We Prefer:" list. - Skills: maybe combine some? But we can include Skills if there is specific content. The posting mentions "Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices. Excellent communication and time-management skills." Those are skills. Could be in Skills section. - Benefits: The "Why Bunzl?" list and the perks paragraph and medical etc. - Pay: The "Get Paid When You Need It!" section about early wage access, pay card option. Also "competitive pay" mentioned in Why Bunzl? and "Bunzl Distribution offers competitive salaries". So we have pay info. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

At Bunzl, we consider our Drivers as the heart of our business, serving as both ambassadors for the company and the key point of contact with our customers. Our Drivers are valued as a trusted partner and an essential member of the Bunzl family.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
    • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
    • Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.
    • Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.
    • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
    • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.

    Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL.
    • A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards.
    • Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.
    • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
    • Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of Driving experience.
    • Experience with GPS and routing software.

    Skills

Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices; excellent communication and time-management skills.

But note that "Strong understanding..." and "Excellent communication..." already appear in Requirements. Might be duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; we could keep them in Requirements and not duplicate in Skills. But Skills section could be omitted if no unique content beyond what's already covered. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we can omit Skills if it's just repeating. However we have "Strong understanding..." and "Excellent communication..." already in Requirements. So Skills would be redundant. Better to omit Skills section. But we still have "Ability to lift up to 30 pounds" etc. That's in Requirements. Thus we may not need Skills. Now Benefits section: combine "Why Bunzl?" list and the perks paragraph and medical etc. We need to list benefits as
    • . The paragraph about perks can be turned into list items or prose. Since it's a list of benefits, we can make list. Content from "Why Bunzl?": - Competitive pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - Paid vacation and sick days. - Retirement benefits - Modern and well-maintained fleet of vehicles. - Opportunities for advancement within the company. Then paragraph: "The perks of being a Bunzl team member don’t stop at being part of a great team or being valued as our #1 asset. We offer a full range of benefits to help our employees take care of themselves and their families today, tomorrow and for the future. Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Time 401K with generous company match Additional benefit information can be found on the Bunzl Careers home page under Benefits and Perks." We need to preserve all substantive info. So we should include those details as list items. We can break them: - Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days - Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Time - 401K with generous company match - Additional benefit information can be found on the Bunzl Careers home page under Benefits and Perks. But the last sentence is more a reference; we could keep as prose. We also have "Bunzl Distribution offers competitive salaries, a comfortable work environment, and a full range of benefits including a 401k with a company match." That's similar to competitive pay and 401k. We should avoid duplication but preserve info. Could combine. Let's create Benefits section with list items: - Competitive pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid vacation and sick days - Retirement benefits (401K with generous company match) - Modern and well-maintained fleet of vehicles - Opportunities for advancement within the company - Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days - Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Time - 401K with generous company match - Comfortable work environment But there is duplication: competitive pay appears twice; health/dental/vision appears twice; 401k appears twice. We should avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info; we can deduplicate while preserving meaning. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Deduplication could be considered summarizing away detail? It's removing duplicate statements, not losing info. Probably okay. We'll create a concise list without repeats. Let's list unique benefits: - Competitive pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid vacation and sick days - Retirement benefits (401K with generous company match) - Modern and well-maintained fleet of vehicles - Opportunities for advancement within the company - Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days (this is same as health dental vision but with timing detail) - Paid Time Off - Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Time (same as paid vacation and sick days but adds holidays and personal time) - Comfortable work environment - Additional benefit information can be found on the Bunzl Careers home page under Benefits and Perks. We could combine health/dental/vision with effective date. Let's produce list: - Competitive pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance (effective the 1st day of the month after 30 days of employment) - Paid Time Off – vacation, sick, holidays, and personal time - Retirement benefits – 401K with generous company match - Modern and well-maintained fleet of vehicles - Opportunities for advancement within the company - Comfortable work environment - Additional benefit information available on the Bunzl Careers home page under Benefits and Perks That captures. Now Pay section: "Get Paid When You Need It!" bullet points: - Access to a portion of your earned wages before payday - Convenient pay card option - no bank account required - Take control of your finances with flexible pay access Also "competitive pay" already in Benefits; but Pay section is about early wage access. We'll include. Now Schedule: none. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instruction lines: "If you meet the qualifications and are excited about joining a reputable company with great benefits, we want to hear from you!" Remove. Also remove company description paragraph? It's substantive about Bunzl; maybe we could include as About the company? But not a required heading. The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. The company description is substantive but not under any of the prescribed headings. We could incorporate into About the role? Might be considered extra. But we could add a section "About Bunzl" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those eight. We should not create other headings. So we must either drop that info or incorporate into existing sections if relevant. The company description is about Bunzl, not the role. Could be placed in About the role? Not really. But we could add a paragraph under About the role? Might be stretching. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid adding other headings outside the list, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings, but the examples are those. Safer to stick to those. Thus we may drop the company description paragraph as it's not directly about the role, but it's
