About the role
This position provides predictable routes, consistent weekly home time, and a structured training program to support new and experienced drivers.
Region & Freight
- North Central Regional lanes (IA, IL, IN, MS, WI, KY, OH, TN, MI).
- 100% no-touch dry van freight.
Schedule & Home Time
- Weekly home time.
- Typical cycle: depart Sunday, return Friday.
- Weekend work is voluntary.
- Drivers must be available for day or night driving as required.
Estimated Mileage
- 1,400–2,000 miles per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,400–$1,500 per week
- $247 per day
- Trainee pay: $650+ per week during 4–6 week OTR training for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
- Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off
Training
Structured 4–6 week over-the-road training program for drivers with limited experience. Support from experienced trainers during the training period to promote safe, efficient operation and route familiarity.
Minimum Requirements
- Age 21 or older.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Reasonable driving record with no major accidents, suspensions, or serious violations within the past five years.
- No DUI in the past five years; no felony or recent relevant misdemeanor convictions within the past ten years.
- Consistent work history: applicants should demonstrate employment continuity (exceptions considered and reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening.
- Residence within 75 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
