We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: company description, location, pay, schedule, benefits, position summary, essential functions (duties), minimum requirements, working conditions/physical requirements. Also note we should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We should remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real specific content. Let's map: - About the role: could be company description and position summary? The posting includes "Dohrn Transfer is a leading Midwest LTL Carrier..." and "Position Summary Driving a tractor-trailer...". So we can have About the role with that prose. - Responsibilities: essential functions list. - Requirements: minimum requirements list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have Requirements covering both minimum requirements and qualifications. But we have separate headings list; we can choose to include Requirements and maybe Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Qualifications maybe not needed if covered. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we have ability to read/write English, simple math, etc. Could be under Requirements. - Benefits: listed. - Pay: listed. - Schedule: listed (Hours Monday - Friday, Dayshift). We should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, location (Sturgeon, MO Terminal), pay rates, schedule, benefits, position summary, essential functions (list), minimum requirements (list), working conditions/physical requirements (list). Also note about at-will employment statement? That's substantive but maybe boilerplate? It's a statement about at-will employment; could be included under Requirements or a separate section? It's not a typical heading; we could include it in a

under Requirements or About the role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The at-will employment statement is not exactly EEO; it's a legal disclaimer about employment. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a standard disclaimer; but it's substantive? It says "You will be an at-will employee throughout your employment Dohrn Transfer. Nothing in these guidelines, your application, or in the employee handbook guarantees employment for any period of time or is intended to be a contract of employment." This is typical legal disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a legal disclaimer about at-will employment; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicated "Drive a commercial vehicle safely while picking up and delivering general freight." and "Drive a commercial vehicle safely while transporting freight between terminals." Those are separate duties, not duplicates. We need to include all substantive info: company description, location, pay, schedule, benefits, position summary, essential functions, minimum requirements, working conditions/physical requirements. We need to format. Let's craft:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Also removed at-will statement. Also removed duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description, location, drivers home daily, position summary (we included in About the role). Essential functions list captured. Minimum requirements captured. Working conditions captured. Benefits captured. Pay captured. Schedule captured. We didn't include "Drivers are home daily!" we included in About the role? We said "Drivers are home daily." Good. We didn't include "Join our team and become a part of our new growth and bright future." That's fluff but substantive? It's marketing language; could be considered part of About the role. We could include it. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence. Let's add to About the role. Also "We offer competitive salary and a great benefit package in an exciting, rewarding industry." That's also substantive; we could include in About the role or Benefits. We'll add to About the role. Also "Dohrn Transfer is a leading Midwest LTL Carrier providing less-than-truckload, truckload, and value-added services throughout our 10-state service area." Already there. Thus About the role paragraph can combine. Let's rewrite About the role:

Dohrn Transfer is a leading Midwest LTL Carrier providing less-than-truckload, truckload, and value-added services throughout a 10-state service area. Join our team and become a part of our new growth and bright future. We offer competitive salary and a great benefit package in an exciting, rewarding industry. The company is seeking a Full Time Class A Driver at the Sturgeon, MO Terminal. Drivers are home daily.

Position summary: "Driving a tractor-trailer between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight." Could be added as a separate sentence in About the role or Responsibilities. Since we have Responsibilities list, we could add position summary as a brief intro before the list. But we can also include it in About the role. Let's add after the location sentence: "Position Summary: Driving a tractor-trailer between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight." Thus About the role paragraph includes that. Now check for any other substantive info: "Mechanic freight handling equipment may be used where available and appropriate." Already in responsibilities. "Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight." Already. "Securing of freight may be required through strapping or other methods." Already. "Inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions as required by law and company policy." Already. "Comply with all Federal requirements regarding the transportation of hazardous materials." Already. "Drive tractor-trailer in all conditions in accordance with Federal regulations, normally in periods of driving within hours of service limitations, followed by an off-duty period as required by regulatory requirements." Already. "Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations, including driver's logs and other records required by law." Already. "Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for the
