Immediate training spots are open for recent CDL school graduates ready to start their career.

Pay & Bonuses (Post-Training)

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly gross.
• Starting Mileage: $0.50 CPM up to $0.65 CPM based on performance.
• Monthly Bonus: Up to an extra $0.06 CPM based on miles.

The Work

Steady, year-round refrigerated (reefer) freight. No seasonal slowdowns. General Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A required before start.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum program) OR 6+ months experience.
• Clean MVR.

Employment History

Looking for drivers with a stable work history and manageable employment gaps.

DOT Testing

Must be able to pass standard pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing.

Route Details

Route: 11 Western Regional (No Northeast driving, consistent and familiar lanes).

Home Time: Home every other week for a full 48-hour home reset.

Weekly Miles: Consistent 1,700 – 2,200 miles per week.
