About the Role
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated (reefer) account running regional lanes in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. This role offers a solid dedicated account with primarily no-touch, drop-and-hook refrigerated freight and approximately 1,700 miles per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate 2025 model automatic trucks equipped with auto chains, pulling 53' refrigerated trailers
- Handle approximately 6 loads and 13 stops per week
- Perform primarily drop-and-hook freight with occasional live load/unload activity
- Work day or night shifts as needed, including weekends
Schedule & Home Time
- Home daily if you live within 50 miles of Aurora, CO
- Home weekly if you live within 75 miles of Vail, CO; 85 miles of Rifle, CO; or 100 miles of Aurora, CO
- Typical rotations include multiple days at home throughout the week; exact days vary by operational needs
Pay
- $1,400–$1,600 per week (based on miles and experience)
- Per-mile pay: $0.70–$0.80 (based on experience)
- $17 per stop
- $1,000 monthly winter driving bonus (November–March)
- Paid weekly; additional monthly safety and mountain bonuses

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age
- At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months
- No more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years
- No major moving violations (e.g., reckless driving, excessive speeding, following too closely) in the last 12 months
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test (No SAP drivers)
- Current DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation
