Class A CDL Truck Driver

About The Position

We have an opportunity in our Tukwila, Washington location for a safety and customer focused Class A CDL Truck Driver.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, load and return it from customer sites to our rental yards.
• Provide training and/or instructional direction on the safe use of the equipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with customers, respond to their questions, and safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with company and DOT Guidelines, Rules and Regulations.
• Previous experience in heavy equipment delivery is preferred and in the rental industry is desired.
• Experience using commercial vehicles is essential in order to identify the need for repairs and/or maintenance and ensure the maintenance or repairs are accomplished with a minimum of disruption to the operation.

Qualifications

• CDL-A License: A valid CDL-A license is a prerequisite for this role.
• Educational Requirement: A High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of driving experience is preferred, or completion of a Truck Driver Training School program with experience in operating similar vehicles.
• Safety Focus: As a CDL Truck Driver, you must prioritize safety, demonstrating a history of responsible and secure vehicle operation.
• Self-Motivation: Display self-motivation and a track record of punctual and safe hauling of construction equipment.

• Driving Record: Maintain a driving history free from preventable accidents, license suspensions, alcohol-related violations, or moving violations in the past 3 years.
