About the role
Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company-provided 53' dry vans on Western 5 regional lanes. Freight is primarily no-touch (drop-and-hook) with occasional live load/unload assignments.
Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided 53' dry vans on Western 5 regional lanes.
- Drive an average of 2,000–2,500 miles per week, with typical home time being bi-weekly with at least a 34-hour reset; some drivers may receive more frequent home time.
- Assignments may include day or night driving.
- Participate in OTR training with a company trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks before transitioning to solo work.
- Paid orientation and structured training provided to support safe, competent operation.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Reasonably clean driving record with no major accidents or major violations within the past five years.
- Demonstrated stable work history (at least 6 months employment in the last year and 1 year in the last three years, excluding time in school or training).
- No recent convictions or safety-related terminations that would disqualify employment; certain convictions or previous safety-related terminations may disqualify.
- Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens and meet federal and company safety and background check requirements.

Benefits
- Compensation: $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and experience).
- Trainee pay during OTR training: $680+ per week (approximately 4–6 weeks).
- Mileage pay: new graduates typically $0.43–$0.57 per mile; experienced drivers approximately $0.46–$0.72 per mile.
- Safety/production bonus: up to $0.06 per mile for qualifying drivers.
- Paid one-day orientation.
- Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days of employment.
Pay
$1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and experience).
Schedule
Average weekly miles: approximately 2,000–2,500, depending on route.
