Class A CDL Regional Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

About the role

This is a predictable, no-touch dry van opportunity with newer automatic tractors and a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload work.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry vans using newer automatic tractors
• Drive on Western 11 regional lanes
• Work on a schedule that includes day or night shifts
• Return home every other week

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted)
• Fair driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No termination from most recent employer for cause related to safety
• Criminal background check including review of criminal history
• Consistent employment history covering the past 10 years with limited unemployment (maximum 6 months unemployed in the last year and 1 year unemployed in the last 3 years)
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of driving experience (for trainees)

Pay

$1,300–$1,400 per week
Trainee pay: $800 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months' experience)
Base pay starts at $0.50 per mile
Monthly safety bonus

Average ~1,900 miles per week (cycle dependent)
