In this role, you will operate food-grade liquid tankers to pick up raw milk from local dairy farms and transport it safely to regional processing facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle and unbaffled liquid foodgrade tanker trailer to our local farm.
• Measure, sample, and test raw milk at dairy farms for temperature and quality compliance according to ODA guidelines.
• Handle, hook up, and break down heavy 35-foot foodgrade hoses to pump milk.
• Maintain strict cleanliness standards, including performing CleanInPlace (CIP) chemical washes on the trailer interior after deliveries.
• Complete accurate logging manifests.
• Maintain strict adherence to DOT safety regulations and dairy biosecurity protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licenses: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDLA) in good standing. Endorsements: Tanker (N) endorsement required. (Air Brakes required).
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with a strong safety record.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain an Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) Milk Sampler/Grader license within 30 days of hire (companysponsored).
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb farm tank ladders, work outdoors in all Oregon weather conditions, and handle physical, hand-on tasks.
• Compliance: Clean Driving Record (MVR) and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
