We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Class A CDL Tanker Driver to join our local agricultural transport team in Junction City. In this role, you will operate food-grade liquid tankers to pick up raw milk from local dairy farms and transport it safely to regional processing facilities. Because cows produce milk 365 days a year, this position offers unmatched job security, consistent hours, and steady, year-round income—no seasonal layoffs.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle and unbaffled liquid foodgrade tanker trailer to our local farm.
- Measure, sample, and test raw milk at dairy farms for temperature and quality compliance according to ODA guidelines.
- Handle, hook up, and break down heavy 35-foot foodgrade hoses to pump milk.
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards, including performing CleanInPlace (CIP) chemical washes on the trailer interior after deliveries.
- Complete accurate logging manifests.
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT safety regulations and dairy biosecurity protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licenses: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDLA) in good standing. Endorsements: Tanker (N) endorsement required. (Air Brakes required).
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with a strong safety record.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain an Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) Milk Sampler/Grader license within 30 days of hire (companysponsored).
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb farm tank ladders, work outdoors in all Oregon weather conditions, and handle physical, hand-on tasks.
- Compliance: Clean Driving Record (MVR) and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
