Class A CDL Driver – Entry-Level Drivers Welcome

About the Role

Full-time, no-touch dry van freight position on regional lanes east of I-35 out of the Opelika area. Designed for new CDL-A holders seeking real training. Expect 2,200 to 2,800 miles most weeks on a 12 days out, 2 days home rotation.

Equipment & Freight

Assigned a 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner (automatic, APU equipped) with no slip seating. Approximately 70% of loads are drop-and-hook, ensuring steady miles.

Compensation & Pay

Weekly average pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,550, with top performers earning over $1,800. Orientation pays $300, including covered hotel and transportation. A 4 to 6-week paid mentor program guarantees pay throughout, followed by full solo pay.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• 6 months recent OTR experience, or 120+ hours from an accredited CDL program
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
