Class A CDL Driver
Brief Description
Work: Full Time, 10-12 hours a day- 5 days a week, during Harvest expanded days/hours may be required.
Pay: Paid by the load which varies. Averages around $55k-$80k.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate Class A/B trucks, including on uneven and unfinished surfaces at job sites
- Perform daily equipment maintenance — keeping your truck clean inside and out and in peak operating condition
- Tarp loads when required and handle client property with care
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and ELD reporting in compliance with all regulations
- Navigate independently to new locations using maps and routing tools
- Assist with general labor duties and special project work during slower seasons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking lots, warehouses, and company property
- Back 20- and 40-foot trailers safely in tight spaces
- Climb ladders up to 15 feet on trucks and fertilizer tanks as needed
Requirements
- Required: Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience with DOT logging and ELD reporting
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness — on the road and in the yard
- Ability to read maps and navigate to unfamiliar locations independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on flat and uneven surfaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work extended hours and nights during peak seasons
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — you follow instructions and keep the team informed
- PREFERRED: 3+ years of CDL driving experience, Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements, 1 year of experience with Samsara fleet management software, Comfortable operating a handheld radio and pallet jack
