Class A-CDL Driver

About the Role

Take your skills on the road in our comfortable Midland provided semis. Our trucks are equipped with a condo sleeper, refrigerators, and a power inverter. Enjoy home weekends with overnight per diem on regional routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer following DOT and company regulations
• Deliver doors and related components to customers on regional routes
• Assist with unloading and re-securing loads at each stop
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and report shortages/damage
• Perform routine truck checks and light maintenance (oil, lights, grease, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of products, colors, styles, and parts
• Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Proven truck driving experience
• Ability to lift and move garage doors/components as part of deliveries
• Mountain driving experience preferred
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Candidates offered employment are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to employment.

Pay

$90,000 - $95,000 annually with standard night-out pay. No receipt tracking required for per diem.

Schedule

Regional route with home weekends.
