Responsibilities
- Collaborate with co-workers and managers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Uphold high standards for safety and professionalism while delivering exceptional service.
- Perform thorough daily inspections of your vehicle and maintain necessary documentation for compliance.
- Follow dispatch instructions and obey all applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep meticulous logs of vehicle mileage and monitor gauges during operation.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, with care for product quality.
- Maintain your truck in clean, top-notch condition, performing minor service and maintenance as needed.
- Foster a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues, using clear communication, including hand signals and constant eye contact when backing.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members to help build a stronger, more capable workforce.
- Adapt and assist by performing general labor and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
- Thrive in a safety-sensitive workplace and pass a “Fit for Work” physical.
- Provide valid documentation for I-9 verification.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
- Show flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and wear PPE in designated areas.
- Hold a current driver’s license that meets state requirements (CDL, Class A; hazmat and tanker endorsements a plus).
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company standards.
- Be at least 18 years old to comply with workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in the construction field is a strong asset.
Skills

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to drive a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A, with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.

Pay
Earn $20-25/hr. commensurate with your skills and experience.
Schedule
Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
- Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
- Work in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.

- Maintain specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
