Class A CDL Driver
About the role
We are currently seeking a CDL Class A Driver for our domicile location in Pacific, WA.
Responsibilities
- Weighs and loads materials onto flatbed trucks
- Performs pre & post-trip inspections thoroughly
- Maintains cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
- Immediately reports any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
- Loads and unloads truck using a Manitou or Moffett (Training Provided)
- Transports and loads company product and additional material onto Flatbed Truck
- Verifies entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
- Verifying the proper paperwork is done with follow up pictures of the load dropped
- Follows all safety procedures for transporting goods
- Participates in warehouse activities including moving, staging product for delivery
- Loads and unloads customer trucks/vehicles
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL License, clean MVR, and current Medical Card
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Prior experience in construction field, flat bed and Manitou or Moffett experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
- Experience driving commercial/residential construction job sites
