Class A CDL Driver

About the role

We are looking for a professional Class A CDL Truck Driver to deliver products within a 300-mile radius of Bedford, PA. Satisfactory background check (criminal and DOT) and negative drug screen required.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday with varied hours based on delivery appointments
• Additional work in the plant will be available when delivery appointments are unavailable
• Some overnight stays could be required

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck or low boy to customer sites
• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments to warehouses, job sites, etc.
• Utilize pallet jack to assist in offloading of product
• Manage truck and trailer maintenance
• Keep clean and organized truck and trailer
• Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience driving a large truck or truck with trailer
• Valid Class A CDL PA driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. independently
• Professional communication skills, dress, and appearance
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from the main facility

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
