RRS Foodservice is a family-owned and operated business established in 1939. Founded by James Leroy Culpepper and his wife Eugenia, the company began with providing potato chips and candy to the Richmond area. In 1953, Culpepper expanded his business by acquiring Richmond Restaurant Service, broadening his clientele. Today, RRS Foodservice continues to provide quality customer service and products to clients in Virginia, Washington DC, and parts of Maryland and North Carolina.
