About the role

System Transport is seeking recent CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America.

Responsibilities

• Transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, and other commodities.
• Operating a flatbed truck to deliver cargo on scheduled routes.
• Maintaining vehicle safety and adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Completing necessary paperwork and reporting vehicle status accurately.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a passenger endorsement.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with GPS navigation systems and electronic logging devices.

Skills

• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in operating a flatbed truck.
• Ability to handle various types of cargo safely and efficiently.
