Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager, develop new business by promoting credit‑union services to new and existing members.
• Create a positive member experience through courteous, high‑quality service in all interactions.
• Uncover member needs when opening and modifying account types (certificates, IRAs, Coverdell, HSAs, etc.), originating and processing consumer loans, and assisting with miscellaneous requests.
• Serve as teller and receptionist as needed.
• Provide consistent, courteous, and personal service; communicate professionally with members, employees, and staff.
