Claims Technician

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective support to the claims team to ensure good relations with clients and brokers and that accurate records are established and maintained.

Location: Miami, FL - New Orleans, LA - Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX - Chicago, IL

Hourly rate for this role is: $24.00 - 35.75, depending on experience.

Work Experience

• Experience in Commercial insurance services in a similar role.
• Customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (must have).

Compensation Package

The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience.

Regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
