About the role

The Claims Specialist is responsible for processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payment to clients while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve disputes
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance carriers
• Follow up on claims status and communicate with clients regarding payment and resolution
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in claims processing or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications
